The Stones Bengard Community Service District was formed to answer the growing need for Fire Suppression, Emergency Medical Response and Waste Water Treatmentin the communities of Bucks Bay and Stones Landing.
Bucks Bay and Stones Landing are unincorporated communities located on the North Shore of Eagle Lake in Lassen County California and are surrounded by National Forest and BLM Lands. The City of Susanville, our County Seat, is located 32 miles south.
Our Board of Directors are residents of the communities and serve on a volunteer basis, they are approved by the Lassen County Board of Supervisors.

Stones Bengard Community Service District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Stones Bengard Community Service District
